Postage within Australia
We use Australia Post as our primary shipping services in Australia. We discount the shipping for you to provide a $10 flat fee for residential addresses, and $15 for P.O. box addresses.
All shipments will be provided with a tracking number.
About P.O. boxes: Flat fee of $15 applies to P.O. boxes. This is due to the additional costs associated with P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We ship Internationally to most locations (Europe, US, Canada, South America, Singapore, Oceania) If your country is not listed as an available destination, or you are unable to check out, please reach out to us. Due to high prices on shipping of board games we typically do not ship these internationally. We use Australia Post for our international postage which typically have a 9 to 26 day delivery timeframe. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number and insured with the carrier up to $100
Unfortunately there are certain countries we cannot ship to due to customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we can confirm.
Taxes, Duties and Customs:
Please note that customs tariffs, taxes or import duties on arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. All our products are zero-rated for tax for international orders. For those in the European union, and in Brazil you may be contacted by customs for processing of your item.
Processing Timeframes
It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you have purchased a Pre-Order item (stated in the item name), our processing time is typically 5-10 business days as we need to print your order. All items on our store listed as In-Stock are already printed and ready for packing, final QA, and shipment.
Business Hours
Our business operates Monday to Friday but we try and answer questions from the online chat outside business hours if able to do so. Shipping drop offs and pickups are also Monday to Friday.
Delivery Timeframes
For domestic shipping Australia Post typically delivers within 5 business days. We often see deliveries in Brisbane locations take 2 business days.
For international orders it is typically 9-26 days but we have seen this extend out to 35 days to some countries.
Shipment Tracking
Shipment will always have a tracking number for you to be able to check status. You will receive an email with a link to our website where you can view tracking information once your order has been placed. We recommend you also provide your mobile for SMS or an reliable email account for shipping update notifications when you place your order.
If you lose your tracking number or do not see it, please contact us and we can provide. We are with you on the journey and more than happy to assist with shipping enquiries.

Pack 0: All the tiles for Ark Nova base game and Marine Worlds
This upgrade pack has it ALL the upgraded board tiles for both the base game Ark Nova, and Marine Worlds. All Enclosures, Aquariums, Sponsor Tiles, Kiosks and Pavilions (and the coffee cup!).
Includes: Pack 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6.
Pack 1: Kiosks Pavilions and Coffee for Ark Nova
Check out these cute little Kiosks and Pavilions. With multi coloured umbrellas, a coffee break token, detail in the kiosk with fridges, counter and till, you'll love the cuteness of these tiny but sturdy tokens. The exact size to replace those cardboard tokens in Ark Nova.
Set comes with:
- 20 Pavilions with adorned roof details
- 20 Kiosks with little umbrellas, tables, chairs, till, fridges, and bench.
- 1 Strong black Coffee Break Token.

Pack 2: 3D Special Zoo Building Tiles base game
All 16 of the special building tiles from the Sponsor cards to add to your game. This set comes with:
- 1 Penguin Pool with Ice banks, and Ice bergs
- 1 Polar Bear Enclosure with viewing balcony, Igloo, Ice rocks, and Ice bergs
- 1 Aquarium with Giant Shark on the roof, sails and multiple underwater viewing areas

The quality of the tiles is great and they look amazing. It's so much fun to play with them. It's great that each tile consists of two pieces, so you can easily identify which compound is full and which compound is empty. They are easy to assemble while they are on the board. I can really recommend the 3D tiles.

I only brought Ark Nova a month ago for Christmas but it was an instant hit for both my wife and I. I have never 'blinged' out a board game before but I could see how having 3d zoo enclosures would really bring the zoo to life. I searched on etsy but there wasn't much other than pavilions and kiosks. A random Google search brought me to 3d level up and I'm glad I did. I brought every enclosure including the expansion. My wife didn't know and once I pulled them out for a game she was very excited. We have only played one game with them at the time of this review but we loved the look of our zoos as they grew. The colours are very nice and there is great attention to detail including icons on the bottom of the special enclosures to identify them. Being the small size that they are I can see we will need to be careful with them to make sure trees and other small bits don't break off. Anyway if you love Ark Nova and can afford to buy these 3d enclosures I highly recommend you do!
