Postage within Australia
We use Australia Post as our primary shipping services in Australia. We discount the shipping for you to provide a $10 flat fee for residential addresses, and $15 for P.O. box addresses.
All shipments will be provided with a tracking number.
About P.O. boxes: Flat fee of $15 applies to P.O. boxes. This is due to the additional costs associated with P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We ship Internationally to most locations (Europe, US, Canada, South America, Singapore, Oceania) If your country is not listed as an available destination, or you are unable to check out, please reach out to us. Due to high prices on shipping of board games we typically do not ship these internationally. We use Australia Post for our international postage which typically have a 9 to 26 day delivery timeframe. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number and insured with the carrier up to $100
Unfortunately there are certain countries we cannot ship to due to customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we can confirm.
Taxes, Duties and Customs:
Please note that customs tariffs, taxes or import duties on arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. All our products are zero-rated for tax for international orders. For those in the European union, and in Brazil you may be contacted by customs for processing of your item.
Processing Timeframes
It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you have purchased a Pre-Order item (stated in the item name), our processing time is typically 5-10 business days as we need to print your order. All items on our store listed as In-Stock are already printed and ready for packing, final QA, and shipment.
Business Hours
Our business operates Monday to Friday but we try and answer questions from the online chat outside business hours if able to do so. Shipping drop offs and pickups are also Monday to Friday.
Delivery Timeframes
For domestic shipping Australia Post typically delivers within 5 business days. We often see deliveries in Brisbane locations take 2 business days.
For international orders it is typically 9-26 days but we have seen this extend out to 35 days to some countries.
Shipment Tracking
Shipment will always have a tracking number for you to be able to check status. You will receive an email with a link to our website where you can view tracking information once your order has been placed. We recommend you also provide your mobile for SMS or an reliable email account for shipping update notifications when you place your order.
If you lose your tracking number or do not see it, please contact us and we can provide. We are with you on the journey and more than happy to assist with shipping enquiries.

Yes! Our Brass Birmingham retail organiser now supports Coins from Moedas & Co. These coins are thicker than the standard cardboard, we have slightly redesigned the coin tray to fit all these beautiful coins.

Version 2 of this organiser is now available! From customer feedback we have made some slight improvements to our organiser. We are committed to making sure our customers get the best upgrades, even if that requires us to send you new components. If you have purchased the version 1 organiser from us, we will upgrade you to version 2 for free on your next order. What does version 2 change:
- New coin holder to fully support Moedas & Co metal coins. Whilst version 1 can hold the coins from Moedas & Co, there are a few that need to go in one of our extra storage spaces in the box. Version 2 will fix that and give it dedicated coin spots. Get your metal coins from here: https://www.moedaseco.com.br.
- Now supports game boards to be stored on top of organiser, rather than only on the bottom. We know many people like to have their game boards stored on top, which makes sense for quick setup. To support this, we have discovered that the middle storage box in version 1 to be slightly too tall, requiring the game boards to be at the bottom of the box. We have managed to shrink this whilst still fitting the barrel tokens inside, so game boards can now be stored either on top or the bottom of the box.
- New divider inside Chit Storage Crates. There is now a small divider so packing the Chits into the crate is easier.
As such version 2 will include new coin holder, new chit storage boxes, and a new barrel box.
If you order from us now, we will be sending you the upgraded version 2. Remember if you have already purchased version 1 from us, we will include all these upgraded components for free.

Pack 1: Base organiser for retail edition of the game (includes Pack 2)
This organiser is for the retail edition of Brass Birmingham with box dimensions 30.0 x 30.0 x 5.5 cm (not the deluxe edition). Keeping in theme of the industrial era, this organiser makes clever use of old English factory windows, individual player crates, and a beer keg to hold, well all the beer! Money is sorted and stored in a removable tray, iron and coal in a separate removable tray, and the card decks are split into 4, to make this all fit with game boards in the slim retail box. Sorry no sleeves on cards, there is no way that will fit in retail box. All player boards and game board are in the bottom of the box in these photos (lid fits flush with organiser).
Pack 2: Containers for upgraded train and boat tokens
Without full organiser, this will include all 8 boxes to store the upgraded trains and boat tokens. Trains and boats are securely locked in place in their individual holders, so there is no chance of them getting damaged. Industrial windows shows off these tokens and makes them really stand out. (tokens not included)
Pack 3: Container for export tokens
A single container to store the export tokens, stored securely and locked in place. (tokens not included).
Pack 4: Container for miniature buildings pack
A single container to store our miniature buildings pack (tokens not included). Section for each type of industry, keeps it sorted whilst in game. We keep this next to the board when we play, and like to place the corresponding building on a flipped tile to show its produced. This gives a feel of construction vs built tiles.

Note: Board game and Tokens not included. This organiser does not support Iron Clays, Sleeved Cards. Export Tokens and miniature buildings container do not fit in the retail box with our organiser and will need to be stored separately.
