Postage within Australia
We use Australia Post as our primary shipping services in Australia. We discount the shipping for you to provide a $10 flat fee for residential addresses, and $15 for P.O. box addresses.
All shipments will be provided with a tracking number.
About P.O. boxes: Flat fee of $15 applies to P.O. boxes. This is due to the additional costs associated with P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We ship Internationally to most locations (Europe, US, Canada, South America, Singapore, Oceania) If your country is not listed as an available destination, or you are unable to check out, please reach out to us. Due to high prices on shipping of board games we typically do not ship these internationally. We use Australia Post for our international postage which typically have a 9 to 26 day delivery timeframe. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number and insured with the carrier up to $100
Unfortunately there are certain countries we cannot ship to due to customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we can confirm.
Taxes, Duties and Customs:
Please note that customs tariffs, taxes or import duties on arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. All our products are zero-rated for tax for international orders. For those in the European union, and in Brazil you may be contacted by customs for processing of your item.
Processing Timeframes
It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you have purchased a Pre-Order item (stated in the item name), our processing time is typically 5-10 business days as we need to print your order. All items on our store listed as In-Stock are already printed and ready for packing, final QA, and shipment.
Business Hours
Our business operates Monday to Friday but we try and answer questions from the online chat outside business hours if able to do so. Shipping drop offs and pickups are also Monday to Friday.
Delivery Timeframes
For domestic shipping Australia Post typically delivers within 5 business days. We often see deliveries in Brisbane locations take 2 business days.
For international orders it is typically 9-26 days but we have seen this extend out to 35 days to some countries.
Shipment Tracking
Shipment will always have a tracking number for you to be able to check status. You will receive an email with a link to our website where you can view tracking information once your order has been placed. We recommend you also provide your mobile for SMS or an reliable email account for shipping update notifications when you place your order.
If you lose your tracking number or do not see it, please contact us and we can provide. We are with you on the journey and more than happy to assist with shipping enquiries.

Note: 5x 3D Printed Player Trays only. Does not include tokens, markers or board game elements such as player mat.
We have designed these player board trays to hold resources, and progress tokens without them going everywhere. This tray also helps to hold our score markers securely for Terraforming Mars. You get 5 Trays, 1 for each player.
Trays are two pieces, the back holds the player card, and the tray securely snaps over the top. You can pick up the entire tray and it will hold everything in place including the player mat.
Each tray has a colour border to match the player colour. Orange numbers, with brown background to associate with the income indicator.
Each resource progress track has a 20, meaning you can easily mark all the way up to 39, by using colour cubes on the 10 and 20 sections.
An integrated card holder is built at the top, which can be useful to get your hand ready on what you want to play next turn.
Energy easily slides across to transfer to heat without having to pick up the resources.

Boards are sturdy and enhance the game play. Boards arrived fast, very well packed and with easy to understand instructions.

No complaints on the product itself. It's clean, sturdy, and does what it's supposed to do. Also looks nice, to boot.
Just a small warning for any Big Box owners - the trays are slightly too large to fit into the space where you normally place the official player boards and/or dual level player boards (I've currently removed the bottom storage piece and placed the trays in there instead).
Thanks Andrew for letting us know and helping us do some measurements on the Big Box! Thanks to Andrew we now have a replacement insert that works with the Big Box and holds our trays and little space ships too.
